"Refund was quick and easy"

"Service was okay, but I’m not totally convinced"
They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, but the slow response made me question how reliable the service really is.

"Okay pens, but I’m tired of the hassle"
A few of the pens write really nicely, but some of them feel cheap and not as smooth. They’re decent overall, I just don’t have the energy to keep dealing with replacements or customer service over little quality issues anymore.

"Pens didn’t hold up very long!!"
I ordered these from mrpen.com, at first they seemed totally fine!! They wrote okay and looked decent enough... but after just a few days, they started falling apart??? The caps got loose fast, and one of the pens actually cracked in my bag, which was super annoying!! Not the worst thing I’ve ever bought, but I definitely expected them to last longer than that..

"Pretty easy site to get around"
I was on Mr Pen the other day and it’s a nice-looking site. It feels clean and not all cluttered, which I appreciated. I didn’t have much trouble finding what I was looking for, and the pages loaded fine on my end. The menu and search seemed to work well too. There were a couple spots where I kind of wished there was more info or maybe better sorting, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it did what I needed and was easy enough to use...

"I got most of what I ordered, so..."
I got most of what I ordered, so that part was fine, but one small item was wrong. It wasn’t a huge deal, but what annoyed me was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for fixing it. I kind of got passed around and never felt like anyone actually owned the mistake.

"Came sooner than I expected"
I ordered from mrpen.com and, umm, it actually showed up a lot faster than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow, and the package arrived in good shape. i’m just glad it didn’t take forever.

"Almost too easy to order"
Just a heads up, the site makes ordering really simple. Checkout was super quick and easy, so be warned, you might end up buying faster than you expected

"Pretty decent for what you pay"
For the price, it’s not bad. Everything showed up fine and the prices are fair, so that’s a plus. Some of the items do feel a little cheap though... like, not terrible, just not super nice or anything. I’d say it’s good value overall, as long as you’re not expecting anything fancy

They’ve got some really good options, but the selection felt a little limited overall. I found a few picks I liked, just wish there was a bit more to choose from.

The product itself was okay, but the box showed up crushed and the items inside didn’t seem very well protected. I’ve ordered similar stuff from other companies and their packaging usually feels a lot sturdier, so this was a bit disappointing.

"I was just trying to get this done..."
I was just trying to get this done quickly before heading out, and it was super easy to use. I found what I needed right away, which was nice because I didn’t feel like digging around through a bunch of pages.
